Brandon mixes in mindset training, which a lot of other trainers don't even bother with, with super simple meal plan, and an awesome body-weight, no equipment fitness program which is really where everyone should start with fitness before lifting weights. Really convenient too, as you can do these workouts anywhere.
I don't usually write reviews all I can say is, I'm making progress and this is the best training program I ever tried, you're missing out.
Brandon dives deep into so many aspects that most fitness trainers don’t talk about. Diet is such an important factor to getting fit and this course goes so into detail on how to stay Consistent with your diet. Very happy with it so far!
The idea is always engaging muscle fibers in new and challenging ways; this much we all know. Well, have fun with this course...because your daring, strength, and creativity are the limits; this course will engage the new and varied and relieve your boredom (not that I've ever actually suffered from that). This is very much recommended. 5 stars!
I love this course. Brandon is a great instructor! He is always keeping you on your toes, pushing you to a level you never thought you had. Where most fitness plans focus on just the workout side; this plan focuses on mindset, diet, and your body. I highly recommend this plan. I promise you will see results.
